As a student at Ohio State, you get free access to Microsoft Office products through Office 365. That includes Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. You’ll also have 1 TB of storage on OneDrive.
BUSOBA 3331 is essentially a more advanced Excel course to CSE 2111. YouTube would help honestly all sorts of free online courses that you wouldn't need to pay for. You can even get certified via Microsoft for about 50 bucks in study materials and 150 in exam fees. Does OSU have any resources to learn excel skills?
There are too many acronyms for anyone to actually keep track of. I recommend asking people in your department which ones you actually need to know. And you'll still probably have to ask what some mean in 3-4 years. Also, everyone pronounces each acronym different.
This first of two Excel courses focuses on how to use Microsoft Excel from basic data entry, formatting, filtering and sorting, basic functions and formulas, basic nest formulas, and basic charts and graphs. A variety of techniques and data management concepts are presented and discussed.
