You should be able to just drag the .osz file into the open game window. If you downloaded a pack (from beatmap packs not listing) then unzip the .zip/.rar/whatever file and drag the .osz in You can select multiple at a time and do it, but idk how exactly stuff works for mac with osu stable. If youre on osu lazer there shouldn't be any problem.
