You've included the 0's from your skip/block tasks in your average time per task calculation. You also didn't account for the weighting of the tasks when doing that average either.
https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Krystilia Order tasks by weight. Decide which ones you can/want to do. Block the unwanted tasks with higher weight in the list. Without cannoning it will be subpar experience, but making cannonballs is not worth it. Don't bring what you are not ready to lose.
