Bowfa 6:0 or 9:0 method is way longer trips like 30-40 graardor kills but it's a little bit less chill. If you're meleeing expect only >5 kill trips most of the time. Blood fury and bandos gloves as other have said also lightbearer is helpful extra specs tend to do more than the suffering.
