Phase 1: Ring the bell and attack dawn. Start out with ranged pray, flick to melee prayer. During this phase their attack ticks will be quite close together. Melee then range. So when you see Dusk going to swing his arm switch to range again. Then after Dawns range attack switch back to melee. Rinse and repeat until she flies away.
