I know this is an old thread but there's way more Firefox and Chrome extensions than iOS safari extensions, most of which are free and you don't have to add an additional app to your device to use them on Orion.
I recently saw someone recommend the Orion browser ( https://browser.kagi.com/) and it looked interesting, as it claims to have no tracking but can also run extensions for firefox, safari, and chrome! I currently use firefox, but this seemed like a cool way to get better extension support.
