The OSAC Scholarship Application provides current and future Oregon students one easy application to apply for multiple scholarships at one time. OSAC awards more than $10 million in scholarships annually through more than 600 scholarships.
How do I apply for OSAC scholarships? Create an OSAC student account. Complete the personal "Profile" section. Select "Continue to Scholarships" at the bottom of the "Profile" page. Complete sections 1-5 of the OSAC Scholarship Application and upload any required transcripts, extra documents, essays and extra questions.
Requirements. Requirement: Attended Boise-Eliot/Humboldt Elementary School 3+ years. Enrollment: May enroll part time. GPA: GPA 2.0+. Colleges: Oregon title IV institutions or HBCU Institutions. FAFSA/ORSAA: Financial need is a consideration, FAFSA/ORSAA filing required. Apply-compete annually, may be received for a maximum of 4 years.

The ORSAA is a confidential application that is used solely by the Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) to qualify students for financial aid in Oregon. It is not used for federal financial aid purposes.
