I'd strongly recommend getting an analog audio mixed, usually cheap off eBay or Amazon, mic is 1 input, computer is another input, connect mixer to speakers and have a party. Winamp + CDG plugin + Pacemaker plugin is fine, however, I use OpenKJ which is free / open source, cross platform and i find more feature rich and easier to use.
