So basically an 11th lvl warlock would do 3d10+15 damage with an action if all Eldritch Blasts hit. If the warlock is hasted they can do a max of 6d10+30 with Eldritch blast (not counting criticals).
With a pure warlock, I would still be using Hunger of Hadar at higher levels. Fiend patron adds Wall of Fire, Cone of Cold, and Flame Strike as options. Archfey lets you toss Plant Growth on top of Hunger so it is nearly impossible to escape.
You could take 6 levels of Paladin for Aura of Protection, you could take 6 levels of Bard for features, or could take 5+ levels of Warlock. My prefered option is 2 Paladin for heavy armor, 5 of Blade Warlock for Extra Attack, and 5 of Bard for short rest Inspiration.
