Call your local PD non-emergency line and file an incident report. If OnTrac truly hasn't been by, report it as "theft" by OnTrac themselves. Call the vendor and let them know you have an incident report, and move forward with them as you please (replacement, refund, wait, whatever).
The drive was ultimately lost by in the mail during the Summer while being sent back from Ontrack, but my awful encounter with the latter of the aforementioned company types made me wonder: has anyone had any similarly sleazy DR experiences they'd like to share?

Got an email from customer service saying they lost the package, but are reporting to the seller that they were "unable to deliver package". That's not surprising. OT is awful. And management covers for the incompetence and theft. They've always delivered my stuff without much problem . I do read horror stories on here.
