BIRMS is a Bhutanese revenue management system developed by BABL & iTechnologies for online payment advice and receipt generation.
The PTS will enable the taxpayers to pay their property taxes online and the piloting of collection of property tax will be initiated on 14th January 2024. All the property owners are requested to utilize the online payment platform at https://pts.drc.gov.bt/ for tax payments.
