DUI School must be done in person, though the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is allowing certain licensed providers to operate via telehealth. Unlike some states, California does not permit you to complete all of your DUI school online. Contact the DHCS for more information at (916) 322-2964. 1.

2 lip 2024 · No, you cannot take a California DUI school course completely online. Certain portions must be attended in person . Completely online DUI courses do not satisfy the requirements of California’s Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) .
The CA DMV does not allow online classes. If you are CA resident you must take these classes in person. Check Your Local State Requirements to ensure an online class will be acceptable for your specific needs.
Safety Center’s DUI program is currently accepting new clients for Hybrid Classes. This program is approved by and meets all requirements of the Department of Health Care Services California DUI Programs.
