22 mar 2023 · Workaround 1: Attach as Copy. A quick way to convert a Cloud Attachment into an actual attachment is to attach the file as usual and then click the down arrow next to the attachment. This opens a dropdown menu from which you can choose: Attach as Copy.

Go to ‘Mail’ in Office 365 portal > click Attach in an email, you’ll get the option to select the documents which you wish to share> click Next, select either of the two option to attach the file.
