I tried their margherita and mushroom pizzas, and, personally, the mushroom pizza was the clear standout. The ratio of toppings was spot on, and the dough was airy, yet moist, and the sourdough flavor shines through without being overpowering.
The pizzas were the star of the show--especially the mushroom one, which we had to order another one of at the end as a meal finisher. It had a very nice aroma/flavor from truffle oil and the mushrooms were absolutely delicious. The organic sourdough pizza dough was delicious on all of the pizzas.
