20 sie 2020 · I have done bootcamp on Windows 10, and I cannot seem to get it to detect my external display. it is an hdmi display connected through a thunderbolt dock. I have tried using an adaptor, to no avail. I have updated drivers, tried using old ones, reinstalling bootcamp utilities, etc. none of it worked.
1 lip 2011 · Give this a try, with hdmi plugged in and working, plug the display port cable in to the monitor and gpu. Go to Nvidia control panel and see if the multiple monitor settings becomes available....
27 sie 2024 · Only certain older iMac models that have a feature called Target Display Mode can be used as an external display when plugged into another computer. The requirements for different iMac models vary. Check your iMac model and make sure your device meets all requirements below.

I have checked and all the specs for the iMac are compatible for Target Display Mode, however I cannot get it to work. I have a Belkin Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapter running into my iMac.
