As stated in the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Application Guide, compliance with 36 CFR 800, Executive Order 11593 and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended, is required.

If the applicant meets the criteria, OHP will forward the application and recommend certification to the NPS who makes the final certification decision.
