The apps in the catalog below require users to create an OH|ID account and log in to DODD Apps by clicking the person icon at the top of the screen. For access to DODD applications, Request On-line Security Access. Providers can use Manage Contract Association or Request Contract Association.
Initial and Renewal Certification. Providers of services to people with developmental disabilities may be self-employed (called independent providers) or agencies. DODD certifies both agency and independent providers of services.
To log in to the new version of the DODD portal, first go to https://dodd.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/dodd/. Click on the person icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Prior to providing services to people with developmental disabilities, applicants (prospective providers) must first become certified by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD).
