The biochemical pharmacology track focuses on the biochemical mechanisms responsible for drug and other xenobiotic, and gene actions on living systems, both healthy and compromised.
30 sty 2023 · Introduce students to basic principles of pharmacology with a focus on the cellular and molecular mechanisms of drug action. Articulate the principles of drug action and administration that govern rational selection, usage, efficacy, and safety.
Molecular Pharmacology trains PhD students in basic and translational pharmacology. First year students in the program participate in up to three Lab Rotations. The Biomedical Masters Program prepares MS students for careers or future study in health and biomedicine.
