Known issues. SweetFX Shader Suite prevents Launcher from running in HW accelerated mode. Use the safe mode and switch to software rendering. The RadeonPro graphics card utility may cause the Launcher to crash. Disable it or add arma3launcher.exe to its compatibility list and set "Disable API detection".
There's a fix for the launcher crashing when 'play' is hit. But we have a different problem. I've tried deleting the launcher and the Launcher folder in the ARMA directory and reinstalled those and the problem persists.
14 lut 2021 · Readd the malloc parameter. Delete all .dll files in the ARMA 3 DLL folder, restart steam, and then do a verify and test without mods. Open your taskmanager and look for any programs running that you dont use, and disable them, only those you can identify and know what they do.
14 lut 2021 · I am having the 0xc0000005-status_access_violation issue trying to run ARMA 3 on Windows, on my Steam Deck. Custom AMD APU (Zen 2) 16 Gb RAM (I set 4 to GPU and 12 to SO) I tried to run it on Windows 10 and 11, installed on a SD card, and Windows installed on internal SSD.
You may encounter issues after upgrading to Windows 10 from another version of Windows. Doing a fully clean install of Windows 10 (or upgrade with loss of data - carefully back-up first please!) can resolve such issues.
7 paź 2023 · So I recently downloaded again ArmA 3 after a year of rest, but my launcher wont start. The game itself can be started from the .exe, but the launcher wont open. I play with a lot of mods so I really want the launcher back to manage them.
The official Arma 3 Launcher was launched July 14, 2014 with the Bootcamp update 1.24 (http://arma3.com/news/bohemia-interactive-deploys-arma-3-bootcamp-update). User interface. Common elements. Play button. Starts the game with a current Launcher setup of mods and parameters. Mods tab will get locked when the game is running.
