I am at a complete loss at this point and feel that I have tried everything to get our printer to Scan/Email using an organization's Microsoft 365 email address. The email in question has SMTP auth enabled for email apps (This is by default, no organization wide rule is set to disable this).

4 mar 2022 · You can work around this by enabling MFA on the account used to scan to email and using the username and app password instead, but this obviously brings in some challenges such as someone in IT needing an authenticator app setup with the MFA codes to access the email account should you need to log into it ever.
