OcelotFix. Ocelots can be tamed into cats, like pre-1.14. The cat variant that spawns uses the same logic as vanilla cat spawning (ie, Black Cats can only spawn during moons) Note: It is still possible to breed ocelots with this mod, to make sure the Two by Two advancement is completable.

This is an ocelot origin I made for a friend. It is a mixture of feline and inchling where you are about 1 block tall with 6 hearts but have the majority of feline's abilities. The major change is that I allowed this origin to mine stone without needing strength potions.
This mod adds a new mob, 'Tameable Ocelot'. These mobs are quite fast in combat, deal 2x the damage a normal ocelot does and most of all, tameable. Here are the stats of the Tameable Ocelots: Health: 10. Speed: 0.5. Tracking range: 64. Attack strength: 6. Attack knockback: 1.5. Immune to: Fall Damage.
