27 lip 2023 · Generally most people will suggest Wrye Bash or Oblivion Mod Manager due to a few caveats this game has (thankfully SkyBSA blessed us so we don't need to mess around with timestamps anymore) and a lot of popular mods using BAIN. If you have the capabilities to do so go ahead and use Wrye Bash.

As most mods will come in a compressed folder upon download, I recommend using a program such as 7-zip [www.7-zip.org] or Winrar [www.rarlab.com] to extract the files.
Steam users need to have the obse_loader.exe placed in the Oblivion folder in order for many OMOD scripts to recognize that OBSE is installed. OMOD scripts are very specific to the contents of the OMOD with which they are packaged.

20 lis 2018 · Extract the files so that the files (esp, bsa, etc.) and the folders (meshes, textures, sounds, etc.) are in the Oblivion data folder (\Games\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data). Activate the mod through your preferred launcher by ticking the checkbox next to the esp/esm. You have now installed a mod. Congratulations!
