Every time I go into the Main Directory to try to find the Mods folder, it isn't there. I've Reinstalled the game about three Times Now, and I have looked everywhere and found no Mods folder.

You can try to repair your game through origin (right click on the sims 4 and press ‘repair’) Next you could move your mods folder to your desktop and start your game. This will create a new mods folder with the resource.cfg file in it.

Sims 4 Mods not showing up after EA transfer. Unsolved. I have tried everything other posts have suggested. -looked for my sims4 mod folder (not found or created after opening the application) -created mod folder in documents. -enabled cc and script mods. -checked that is is not in program files.
EA/Maxis aren't responsible for broken mods/cc. It's up to the creators to fix. Step 1: Move the Mods folder to the desktop, Delete Game Cache Files and delete the localthumbcache.package file from The Sims 4 folder, in the Documents folder. - [\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4]
