I have ~10 years old GOTY edition of Oblivion. It installed without any issues - both main game and expansions. The game runs for me, but I can't change any graphics settings. When I wish to enter Optins from the launcher, I receive information that the Oblivion.ini file is missing.
10 lip 2022 · Just re-downloaded oblivion and every time I try and start the game it doesn't get to the launch menu. I tried going into the game files to start it but I can't get past the launcher. Any help would be appreciated.
15 cze 2019 · Oblivion Stutter Remover (OBSR) causes crashing now, as Windows 10 released an update that breaks a feature in the mods OBSE plugin .ini file. This is caused by "bHookCriticalSections" being set to 1.
7 kwi 2018 · The games explorer folder disappeared. The usual fix - run shell:games now says that the program is not found or does not exist. How do I restore this useful thing. BTW - under the Games folder in the start menu is games explorer, but it just points to the desktop. Replies (5) .

18 kwi 2020 · Hey guys, so recently I purchased Oblivion GOTY Edition on Steam and wanted to try it out, unfortunately it doesn't start. The launcher works fine and after I press the play button, the game window opens all black and then quickly closes.
