7 mar 2020 · You might have to add Oblivion.exe to whatever whiletlisting mechanism is required so it can modify your My Documents folder. I have already whitelisted oblivion and oblivion launcher as well as steam
26 mar 2022 · Whenever I run obse however, it gives me the error message "obse couldnt not find oblivion.exe, please use obse in the same folder as oblivion.exe", but they are absolutely in the same folder already.
3 cze 2020 · You can find more information in you obse.log files directly under the Oblivion folder as that shows what OBSE plugins Oblivion is loading. If there are any errors, they would be located there.
26 gru 2018 · Best sure way to know for real of OBSE is working, is look in your Oblivion directory (the folder containing the EXE) and see if OBSE.log is being generated there... and if it's there, delete it and run the game again.
15 paź 2021 · Oblivion mod manager must be installed to Oblivion's base directory. If you have moved or renamed 'oblivion_default.ini' please replace it. The OBMM file was saved in the same directory file as my Oblivion.exe file however I'm unable to progress.
CTD on Startup usually indicates a missing master or a bad Oblivion.ini setting. Whenever troubleshooting crashes, try regenerating a fresh Oblivion.ini. Reinstalling Oblivion will not overwrite an existing Oblivion.ini, so clear it out along with the My Games\Oblivion folder for a clean sweep.
1 sty 2015 · I copied the obse_1_2_416.dll, obse_editor_1_2.dll, obse_steam_loader.dll files, and the Data folder, into my common/Oblivion directory. OBSE wont' launch with the game when using the Steam button, as it's supposed to; Blockhead won't create the .ini file, the OBSE Test Plugin doesn't work.
