Make sure "obse_steam_loader.dll" and "obse_1_2_416.dll" are in the root Oblivion fodler (the same place as Oblivion.exe). Make sure that "obse.ini" is in the "Oblivion\Data\OBSE" folder. Then launch Oblivion through steam.
3 cze 2020 · I'm following Bevilex's Modlist (https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/47591), and it recommends to put it in the Plugins folder under the OBSE folder in Oblivion's "Data" folder. Under recommendation, I put it under OBSE for it to at least register in console.
Using Oblivion Mod Manager with omod-ready archives, confirmed that data folder & esp file is in the top level or I re-packed them to make sure they were top level before creating omods - exactly per read me.
27 mar 2016 · A good suggestion for when an issue arises after tinkering with the files in the installation directory is to verify the integrity of the game cache, which can be done by right-clicking on Oblivion in your Steam library and finding Properties and then Local Files.
Extract Fast Exit and OSR in the Oblivion folder. Extract Elys' USV in the Data folder. Extract Pluggy into the OBSE plugins folder, which you may have to create. All of the DLLs should end up directly in the Plugins folder (except for OSR's component DLLs which should be in their own subfolder.)
19 cze 2020 · I have copied the 3 .dll files to the installation folder and the OBSE folder to the Data folder with the .ini file inside it. I have Steam overlay active and running properly on the game. I have tried launching both the Oblivion.exe file independently and from within my Steam library.
1 sty 2015 · I copied the obse_1_2_416.dll, obse_editor_1_2.dll, obse_steam_loader.dll files, and the Data folder, into my common/Oblivion directory. OBSE wont' launch with the game when using the Steam button, as it's supposed to; Blockhead won't create the .ini file, the OBSE Test Plugin doesn't work.
