  5. Extract Fast Exit and OSR in the Oblivion folder. Extract Elys' USV in the Data folder. Extract Pluggy into the OBSE plugins folder, which you may have to create. All of the DLLs should end up directly in the Plugins folder (except for OSR's component DLLs which should be in their own subfolder.)

I have Steam overlay active and running properly on the game. I have tried launching both the Oblivion.exe file independently and from within my Steam library.

  7. 1 sty 2015 · I copied the obse_1_2_416.dll, obse_editor_1_2.dll, obse_steam_loader.dll files, and the Data folder, into my common/Oblivion directory. OBSE wont' launch with the game when using the Steam button, as it's supposed to; Blockhead won't create the .ini file, the OBSE Test Plugin doesn't work.
