23 cze 2013 · I have recently bought Oblivion GOTY from steam but I couldn't find the data folder when i tried to install mods. There is no data folder in my program files or in my steam files. The game is installed and works perfectly.
use Windows Explorer. expand My Computer. expand Local Disk C. expand Program Files. expand Bethesda Softworks. expand Oblivion. here you will find Data folder.
20 lis 2018 · Manual Installation: Download and install 7zip. Once you have downloaded the mod, open the archive (.7z, .zip or .rar) with 7zip, and click extract. Extract the files so that the files (esp, bsa, etc.) and the folders (meshes, textures, sounds, etc.) are in the Oblivion data folder (\Games\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data).
9 cze 2017 · Download the optimized settings files and find the enblocal.ini file in that archive corresponding to your hardware (32/64bit Windows and videocard brand) then copy it to where Oblivion.exe is.
15 cze 2019 · When Oblivion came out, Service Pack 2 was out, but it has been updated to run perfectly on Service Pack 3. Go to your Data folder, and right click obse_loader, go to Properties at the bottom. Go to compatibility mode, and set "Run this program in compatibility mode:" to Windows XP (Service Pack 3).

20 lis 2018 · Since the "Data Files" selector you get when running the default OblivionLauncher.exe lists mods alphabetically, you have no way of knowing what the load order is without using an external tool or using Windows Explorer to sort your "Data" folder by date.
