Open the mod plugin in the construction set. In the left pane of the object window, click on the entry for Armor. That'll display all of the armor listed in that plugin, which will be all the vanilla items, plus the mod items. Find the listing (s) for the mod items. Hover over the name of an item and it'll display a hexadecimal code.
