1 gru 2023 · Lake Malawi/Niassa /Nyasa (LMNN) is the third largest lake by area in the African Great Lakes System. It is shared by three countries: Malawi, Mozambique, and Tanzania (Fig. 1). The lake is called Lake Malawi in Malawi, Lake Nyasa in Tanzania and Lake Niassa in Mozambique.
