I gained 45 lbs on Nuvaring. I went from 100 to 145 very quickly which percentage wise is a huge jump. I haven’t stopped using Nuvaring but I did lose the weight by taking semaglutide which I know is a controversial topic but I wasn’t able to lose the weight any other way and the pounds just kept piling on.
