So, I did a bit more digging and it seems like you might have to be a patron to ask questions through Patreon for NPCC. The most recent public posting was around 2 years ago. Something else to consider, for questions about mods in general, is maybe posting on reddit's The Sims 4 section. They also have a discord you can join.
