Norton MyChart gives you convenient online access to portions of your electronic medical record (EMR) any time day or night. Whether you’re at work, on the road or at home, you can view your lab results, appointment information, medications, immunizations, allergies and more.
MyChart - Login Page. Ask nonurgent questions and send requests for medical advice or refills of any of your refillable medications. No more waiting for a phone call or letter — get test results faster and compare them with previous results.
Download and install the free MyChart app. Run the MyChart application from your smartphone. Select Norton Healthcare from the list of health care providers. Log in with your Norton MyChart ID and password. If you are not yet signed up, click “Sign Up” on your mobile device to begin the process.
Norton MyChart is a secure online portal that can be accessed from a computer with internet access or the MyChart mobile app. It gives you access to personalized portions of your electronic medical record, and it enables you to securely manage and receive information about your health.

Log in to your Norton MyChart account using a computer (this function is not yet available via the mobile app). Once logged in to your Norton MyChart, choose the “Your Menu” icon at the top left of the home page.
From a computer, log in to your Norton MyChart account and select eCare eVisit from the menu on the right. From a mobile device with the MyChart Apple app or Google Play app, log into the app and select the E-Visit icon.
