Services and Programs. Emergency Shelter Services for Victims of Family Violence. This program offers safe, confidential shelter for victims of family violence. Placement is based on the needs of each individual client. Food and basic care needs are supplied.
From its inception in 1979 until today the Northwest Georgia Family Crisis Center continues to be a haven for battered and abused women and children due to generous and caring people in this community.
We are the Family Crisis Center of Walker, Dade, Catoosa, and Chattooga Counties, Inc., the only domestic violence shelter and youth cottage in the Northwest Georgia area. Our commitment to helping those in need is unwavering, and we are always open, 24/7, to provide support and refuge.
