I'd try to BD for at minimum the next 2-3 days or every second day for the next 4-5 days since you can ovulate up to 3 days after a positive OPK and ovulation cramps are not a reliable determiner of ovulation date.
There’s not a ton of evidence to support, but look up the Shettles method. Their advice for a boy is BD on ovulation day and for a girl a couple days before on the belief that X sperm have greater endurance than Y.
