To do so, log in to the web application using the number labeled “DL” located in the lower right side of your registration card.

The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (NJMVC) is in the process of programming changes to implement the new fee. For ZEVs registered between July 1, 2024, and August 31, 2024, the NJMVC will collect the additional fee after the registration date.

Online. To change your address online, visit the NJ MVC Address Change website. You must provide your: Zip code. NJ driver's license or ID card number. Social Security number (SSN). The online system will provide you with printable confirmation of your address change.
Address Change Help. Enter Your new address information into the boxes provided by typing over your current address displayed. Enter Your Street Address, City, State, Zip (or Zip+4 if known). Select your county of residence using the drop-down list.
