Within the last week, four county clerks – in Camden, Monmouth, Somerset, and Mercer Counties – have reached settlement agreements with Rep. Andy Kim (D-Moorestown) that require them to nix the controversial county line and use office-block ballots going forward.
Public Records. The Clerk of Superior Court is the custodian for many court records in Bergen County. Most court records can be viewed online from the Superior Court’s website. For criminal cases, that information includes name, case status, charges, and timeline of court appearances.
