How do I apply for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance if I would not otherwise be eligible for unemployment? You can file a PUA application at https://myunemployment.nj.gov/. Please note that as of April 1, 2020, you cannot apply for PUA until you have been determined ineligible for UI benefits.
