Please ensure that you have completed the steps described in the quick start guide and your frame is displaying its 16-digital serial number. Open the My Frames section either via the menu or the app's home screen and the app will start searching for any frames waiting to pair.
When you download the mobile Nixplay app for the first time, you are prompted to login with your Nixplay Cloud credentials or alternatively sign up for a Nixplay Cloud account. Select ‘Sign up‘ to create your account, by entering: First name and surname; Preferred username; Your every-day email address (where we can email you).
