23 cze 2023 · I have a new iphone 13, all updated with iOs 16.5.1 and when I go to add photos to my Nixplay app, the option to allow photos access does not come up when I go into settings. Nixplay worked great on my old phone, iPhone 6s plus but now it says "access was previously denied".
23 cze 2023 · I can't allow access to my photos in my Nixplay app. This has happened before and I found the fix here, but I can't find it now and it's happening again. Uninstalling the app and reinstalling doesn't help nor does logging out of the app and then logging back in.
3 gru 2023 · I have an iPhone 14 Pro and I usually transfer videos to my Windows 11 PC by copying them from the iPhone to my PC via Windows Explorer. I record iPhone videos on 4K 30 FPS with HDR. I've never had any issues playing these videos on various media players like VLC and PotPlayer.

The multi-shipping option is not showing up / greyed out. Why is that? This can happen due to 3 reasons: When only one (1) digital photo frame is added to cart. When a print store product is added to cart. Please note print products are not supported for delivery through multi-shipping and need to be ordered separately.
