1 sie 2021 · For a long time before 2012, the impact of the human body’s triboelectricity that leads to electrostatic charges was considered negative. Two examples of the negative impact are frizzy hair and the electrostatic discharge of the human body that damages electronics.
1 kwi 2017 · The effect of temperature on the hair was established at a strain rate of 10 − 2 s − 1 in order to maintain a steady temperature of the hair specimen during one tensile test. Tests at higher temperatures (40°, 60° and 80 °C) were conducted in water immersion.
3 wrz 2019 · Here, we review and synthesize historical and current research on hair to better understand the scientific basis and biological implications of hair microstructure and morphology.
15 gru 2022 · Here, five Protic ILs were designed and synthesized via one step under mild conditions to dissolve human hair and extract keratin, and the effect of ILs structure, temperature, time, and water content on the performance of ILs for dissolving human hair was investigated systematically.
Light exposure to hair has a widespread impact on the hair lipidome. This study also adds to the emerging literature on the hair lipidome, broadening the range of lipid classes reported in hair.
11 kwi 2023 · The concentration of these metals in hair, nails, and blood was higher than in drinking water. This review also shows the adverse effects of these metals on humans. Discover the world's research
14 wrz 2020 · Single fiber tensile experiments explored how pH treatments affect the mechanical properties of hair. Hair diameter and, indirectly, denaturation temperature measurements determined pH effects on hair swelling. Dynamic vapor sorption studies investigated the effect of pH treatments on water uptake into the fiber as a function of humidity.
