19 maj 2007 · I posted a thread about my beginner D70 setup, but I've been doing a little research on the D80 and I was wondering if it's worth the extra $$. From reading previous threads, it seems that UPGRADING from a D70/s to a D80 is a toss-up...some say yes, some say it's not worth it.

WHICH SHOULD YOU GET? (see also my D80 versus D200 Comparison.) As you'll see, all four of these cameras (D80, D70s, D70 and D50) are almost the same. If price matters, get a D50 or D70s for a lot less money. If features matter, get the D80. The D80 is a new camera for 2006.
