You haven’t tried to create or use more than 1 SNKRS account with the same phone number have you? That’s the only thing I can think of Sounds like you need to contact Nike Support. They should be able to get you squared away!
The SNKRS app doesn't work in my country and instead we have to buy via the SNKRS section on the local Nike website. Will these same tips (multiple accounts, etc.) work on the website version as well?
