20 mar 2017 · What is storage cost (regular) and storage cost (diamond)? These are lists of all the storage costs for that level which are useful for fusing and should be kept. Not all of them are directly fused into diamonds.
8 mar 2017 · The shop appears to sell 2 +8 storage upgrades for 5,000G each, an additional 2 +8 storage upgrades for 10,000G each, then 2 +16 storage upgrades for 20,000G each, and finally, a single +32 storage upgrade for 30,000G.
The Nier Automata Editor (v0.0.5) has the ability to add plug-in chips, as well as edit the storage requirements of the chips. The Chip Editor is slightly tricky though, as the default window size hides the storage requirement (see this gallery for the details). This tripped me up at first.
Following the guide the maximum storage cost (regular) for a +3 chip is [10]. Since my cost is [28], I can safely sell it or destroy it by a large margin. But with my calculation, it's not the case, this +3[28] chip can be fused into a +8 diamond chip.
13 maj 2021 · When fusing chips level 0, 1, 3, 5, or 7, it is recommended to use the higher storage cost from what is compatible in the chart to avoid wasting the lower cost diamond chips while fusing when possible. When fusing chips level 2, 4, or 6, use only Diamond Chips in order to create a new Diamond Chip.
The "[6]" is the storage cost. Lower storage cost is typically more ideal because the lower the cost, the more chips you can equip. If the chip has a black diamond shape next to its name, this means it has the lowest storage cost for that particular chip.
