29 wrz 2023 · For all women giving birth in all birth settings, follow the principles in the NICE guideline on patient experience in adult NHS services and the NICE guideline on shared decision making, and support the woman's choices.
This guidance is written with the aim of optimising referrals into the Gynaecology service. The correct patients should be referred to the right clinicians, with appropriate investigations performed and initial treatments tried.
