Contributors are entitled to receive a regular contributions refund in the 8th year after the contributions were made.
An application for a refund of contributions may be made at any time after they become eligible. Applicants should have their TRN and NIS as well as their banking information on hand when making their application.
Regular Contribution Refunds. A Contributor may apply for a “Regular” Contributions Refund once the NHT starts accepting applications for a refund of contributions made during that year. Contributions made are held for a period of seven years and become eligible for refund in the eight year.
