16 lut 2021 · Are they still mailing transit passes when renewing, or do we need to go down to 180 Livingston like pre covid? The pass office is open for in person visits, so I believe you have to go down there to renew.

28 lip 2020 · Effective immediately, employees and pensioners having pass issues such as lost, stolen, damaged, etc., can now schedule their own appointments for the Pass Office at 180 Livingston Street by simply going to www.mymta.info and logging on to My MTA Portal, see below.
