The deadline is 23.59 (UK time) on Wednesday 31st July 2024 and £1.00 from each entry will be donated to First Story.
The National Poetry Competition 2022 winners were announced at a live awards event at the Southbank Centre, London on 29 March 2023. There were over 17,800 poems submitted to the 2022 competition from 8,112 poets from 103 countries worldwide.

Koss of the United States won the 2021 Wergle Flomp Humor Poetry Contest for their poem “My Therapist Sez.” They received $2,000, a gift certificate for two years of literary information services from Duotrope, and publication on the Winning Writers website.
