What's happening: As of July 1, 2021, NV DETR stopped depositing funds to Bank of America debit card accounts. Your Bank of America card account will remain active until February 23, 2022. What you need to do: Prior to February 23, 2022, you may continue to use your card. If your card expires after January 24, 2022 it will not be reissued.
DETR has changed prepaid debit card providers from Bank of America to Way2Go Card® Debit Mastercard®. Unemployment benefits will be paid through a prepaid debit MasterCard from Way2Go® starting July 1, 2021. Once you receive your new card, activate it immediately.
