4 gru 2021 · I have content restrictions turned on and cannot use Netflix or Amazon Prime. With restrictions on, the apps disappear. How do I use the apps with the restrictions on?
Reset the network settings on the device with the issue. Restore your modem or router to its default settings. Contact your internet service provider. If the steps don't fix the problem, contact your internet service provider (ISP) for help fixing a network connection issue.

7 mar 2016 · To start, you'll need to enter your account settings by clicking your profile picture in the top-right hand corner of the Netflix browser window. Then, select the option for "Your Account". From this page, you should see the "Parental Controls" link inside the Settings section.
