Despite these various problems, a variety of pioneer research and development activities have been conducted, which show positive rays of hope. This review presents history, current situation, progress and future perspective for scientific research and development in Nepal.
Omprakash Gnawali, assistant professor of computer science, helped organize and served as a judge for the ReNepal Hackathon. After nearly 24 hours, programmers at the ReNepal Hackathon were getting tired, but they continued to develop apps to help their country.
